We inform that given the current situation in which the United Kingdom is in relation to Brexit, as of next Friday, December 18, no shipments will be made to that country. Due to the congestion experienced by customs, we cannot guarantee deliveries.

Are returns allowed? How are they processed?
If you want to make a return on an item or the entire order, you must make it through the returns form of the website in your user account
Once you provide us with all this information, the Customer Service department will contact you to indicate the steps to follow.
In any case, we will arrange for the transport company to pick you up the merchandise.
The cases for which a return can be processed are the following:
- Return by customer decision:

- Defective products

Loveperfumes will respond for any breaches of conformity that are manifested within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
The product warranty has a term of two years from delivery.

How is the money returned?
The refund of the amount will be made on the same PayPal card or account in which the order was paid when it reaches us at our facilities . In the event that you were paid by cash on delivery or transfer, you will be asked for the account number and IBAN to be able to make the payment. In the event that the products are not returned under the conditions indicated, we reserve the right not to refund the amount.

- Products for intimate use do not accept returns as indicated in article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27.
- Partial returns of products purchased in a pack are not allowed.

How long does it take to get my order?

In the case of orders to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 48-72 h.
In no case can you choose the time zone of arrival of the order at the time of placing it.
What areas and countries does loveperfumes.eu serve?
In addition to the peise indicated above, in Loveperfumes we serve Peninsula and Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
How do you send the order?
Shipments are delivered to the address you indicate in the purchase process. Shipments to PO Boxes are not supported. If the order is large or heavy, the carrier will deliver to the portal or, failing that, the lowest floor.
We will send you an email as soon as the order comes out of our facilities. In addition, on the day of delivery, you will receive a notice from the transport company.
Can I choose delivery time?
